When you submit an intake application, we collect the information you provide: name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, country, timezone, age range, membership interest, written answers about your situation and goals, referral details, optional social username, and your consent acknowledgements.
Why we collect it
Application data is used to review suitability for The Green Pill School, determine an appropriate membership level, and respond to your enquiry.
How it is used
Submitting an application permits contact regarding that application using the details you provided. We may store your application, notify the founder/intake address, and send you a confirmation email. We do not sell your data.
Retention & security
Application records are treated as private. Access is limited to those handling intake. Technical measures include server-side validation, parameterized database access, and secret management through environment configuration.
